Things to know about your reservation
Here you will find all the important information about booking, staying and paying at the Raphaela guesthouse - clear, concise and at a glance. If you have any questions, your host Verena will be happy to help you at any time.
Check-in: from 2 p.m. (earlier or later by arrangement)
For a relaxed and stress-free arrival, we offer you an online pre-check-in service – simple, quick and convenient from the comfort of your own home.
Check-out: by 9.30 a.m.
All prices are per person per night. Including VAT, excluding local tax.
From 1 November 2025, the local tax will be €5.00 per person per night.
Children are exempt:
- 2025: born between 2010 and 2025
- 2026: born between 2011 and 2025
The accommodation costs must be paid in advance by bank transfer. Local taxes, final cleaning and additional services must be paid on site in cash.
Deposit:
- ‘Wiese’ apartment: € 100 in cash
- ‘Berge’ apartment: € 300 in cash
The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
We are happy to provide a cot and high chair free of charge upon request.
Pets are allowed by arrangement. We charge an additional fee.
Our apartments are non-smoking. Smoking outdoors is of course permitted.
There is a car park for up to 6 cars in front of our guest house.
