We have put together the most important information for you here so that you can enjoy a relaxing holiday at the Raphaela guesthouse right from the start.
The "Berge" and "Wiese" apartments are fully equipped and offer everything you need for a relaxing break - from a dishwasher to free WiFi. Towels, bed linen and toilet paper are of course provided.
Many other things are also included: free parking, a ski room with boot dryer, a lockable bike room with washing area and tools, winter toboggans, bobsleigh and slide for the little ones as well as a cot and high chair on request. Fresh bread is available daily on request with our bread roll service (for an extra charge).
Check-in: from 02:00 pm (earlier or later possible by arrangement)
Check-out: until 09:30 am
Payment: Costs for the overnight stay in advance by bank transfer, all other costs (local tax, final cleaning etc.) in cash on site
Deposit: € 100 for “Wiese”, € 300 for “Berge” (cash)
Pets: allowed, for an extra charge
Laundry service: on request, for an extra charge
Short stays: no surcharges
Online pre-check-in: convenient & stress-free in advance
Non-smoking rooms: smoking only outdoors
