Hotelvertrag - Cancellation conditions:
- Reservation: On Booking the Austrian Hotel Terms conditions will apply.
- Last minutes bookings: The confirmation of the booking through email will apply.
- For down payment or prepayment we take about 30% or what is writte on the booking. Payable through bank account: Konto 340.687, Raiffeisenbank Sölden, 6450 Sölden,

- Check in: The booked room or apartment is ready for use from 2 p.m. on. If your arrival is past 6 p.m. please inform us.
- Check out: We ask for check out until 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
- Paying conditions: Payment with credit cards is possible (€ 3,-- supplement) or cash on arrival, or one day before departure.
- Cancellations: Cancellations are only written valid. Until 3 mounth before arrival there is no cancellation fee necessary. From 3 Month until 1 month before arrival we ask for 40 % of the agreement. One month until 1 week before 70 % of the agreement is to pay. Within one week and without cancellation 90 % of the room reservation and 100 % of the apartment reservation is due.
- The down payment will be charged for cancellation fee. Any legal case arising from this contract shall be heard in Silz/Tirol.
- If the guests do not arrive until 6 p.m. the landlady is allowed to cancel the contract (eccept the guests informes about lader arrival). With down payment the room or apartment is reserved until midday the next day.
- On early departure we ask for the whole amount for the reserved period, minus the amount for breakfast and taxes.
On reservation the guest agrees to the Austrian hotel terms conditons. |
